CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTERWARDS? 

AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, IT IS UNFORTUNATELY NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DETAILS OR CANCEL. OUR STAFF DO THEIR UTMOST TO PACK AND SHIP THE ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

ABOVE €50 THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE FREE IN THE NETHERLANDS! FOR EVERY ORDER BELOW THIS AMOUNT THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING COSTS APPLY (NL): €5.50. FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE VISIBLE DURING THE CHECK-OUT. 

 

WHAT IS MY ORDER’S DELIVERY TIME?

IN THE NETHERLANDS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, IN CASE YOU ORDERED BEFORE 16:00H. FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME WILL BE VISIBLE DURING THE CHECK-OUT. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL AS SOON AS YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN HANDED TO DHL. THIS E-MAIL WILL CONTAIN YOUR TRACK & TRACE CODE SO YOU CAN TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.

 

IF DHL CANNOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOURS, THEY WILL LEAVE A CARD IN YOUR LETTERBOX. YOU CAN USE THE CODE ON THIS CARD TO INDICATE ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN THEY CAN DELIVER TO YOU. YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO HAVE THE PACKAGE DELIVERED TO YOUR NEIGHBOURS OR TO A DHL COLLECTION POINT. IF YOU MAKE NO SELECTION, DHL WILL TRY TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE AGAIN THE NEXT DAY (UP TO 3 TIMES).

HOW CAN I REVIEW THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME. WHAT NOW?

AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM US. HAVE YOU NOT RECEIVED THIS E-MAIL? PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER! WHAT DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL MEAN?

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT WITHIN 14 DAYS WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON. THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD WILL EXPIRE 14 DAYS AFTER THE DAY ON WHICH YOU OR A THIRD PARTY DESIGNATED BY YOU, WHO IS NOT THE CARRIER, WILL HAVE PHYSICALLY RECEIVED THE GOODS. IN ORDER TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL, YOU MUST INFORM US BY MEANS OF AN UNEQUIVOCAL STATEMENT (FOR EXAMPLE, IN WRITING, BY POST OR BY E-MAIL) OF YOUR WISH TO REVOKE YOUR AGREEMENT. TO DO SO, YOU CAN USE THE RETURN FORM WHICH YOU CAN FIND IN THE BOX OF YOUR ORDER. BUT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO. IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, IT IS SUFFICIENT TO SEND YOUR COMMUNICATION REGARDING YOUR EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL BEFORE THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF THE CANCELLATION

IF YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT, YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US ALL PAYMENTS THAT YOU HAVE MADE UP TO THAT MOMENT, INCLUDING DELIVERY COSTS (EXCEPT FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS RESULTING FROM YOUR OWN CHOICE FOR A DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHOD OR FOR AN EXPRESS SHIPPING METHOD) AND IN ANY CASE NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF YOUR DECISION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT.

IF YOU ONLY RETURN PART OF YOUR ORDER, THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WE WILL PAY YOU BACK USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD WITH WHICH THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION WAS MADE, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPLICITLY AGREED OTHERWISE; IN ANY CASE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR SUCH REIMBURSEMENT. WE MAY WAIT TO EXECUTE THE REFUND UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS BACK, OR UNTIL YOU HAVE SHOWN THAT THE GOODS HAVE BEEN RETURNED, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. YOU MUST HAND OVER OR RETURN THE GOODS WITHOUT DELAY, BUT IN ANY CASE NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER THE DAY ON WHICH YOU COMMUNICATED TO US YOUR DECISION TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT. THE DIRECT COSTS OF RETURNING THE GOODS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

YOU ARE ONLY LIABLE FOR THE DEPRECIATION OF THE GOODS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE GOODS BEYOND WHAT IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE NATURE, CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTIONING OF THE GOODS.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ARTICLE?

IF, FOR WHATEVER REASON, YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN THE UNUSED ARTICLES WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT (AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE). THE ARTICLES MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED AND WITH THE LABELS STILL ATTACHED. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ORDER, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS ON OUR RETURN PORTAL. IF YOU LIVE ABROAD, BUT STILL IN THE EU AND YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN ALSO USE OUR RETURN PORTAL. IF YOU LIVE ABROAD OUTSIDE THE EU AND YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, THE BEST WAY TO DO IT WILL BE DISCUSSED VIA E-MAIL. JUST SEND AN E-MAIL TO SUPPORT@GREGNOISE.COM. THIS WAY YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER AT A LOCAL RATE. YOU WILL SEND YOUR RETURN TO OUR PARTNERS ABROAD, SO YOUR PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US IN THE NETHERLANDS FROM YOUR OWN COUNTRY. AS SOON AS WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE IN THE NETHERLANDS YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THEREOF. THE AMOUNT OF YOUR RETURNED PACKAGE WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS.

 

CAN ARTICLES BE EXCHANGED? 

ARTICLES CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR OTHER ARTICLES. JUST RETURN THE UNDESIRED PRODUCT(S) VIA THE STEPS ON OUR RETURN PORTAL AND MENTION YOUR DESIRED PRODUCT(S) FOR THE EXCHANGE IN THE MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF STEP 2. WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR NEW DESIRED PRODUCT(S) WHEN WE RECEIVED THE RETURNED UNDESIRED PRODUCT(S). 

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK? 

WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE RETURNED ARTICLES INTO THE ACCOUNT THAT YOU USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. EVERY RETURNED PARCEL AUTOMATICALLY HAS A TRACK & TRACE CODE. SO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AFRAID THAT YOUR PACKAGE WILL GET LOST AND YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. YOU DON'T NEED TO INSURE YOUR RETURN PARCEL.
